Quality Stay

Save Review5 of 5 starsI enjoyed my stay at The Lodge in Santa Fe. The service was friendly and professional. I had excellent internet access and a clean room. The location was conveniently located near the highway, yet the environment was very calm, quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to friends, family and colleagues traveling for work.

All the Staff at The Lodge of Santa Fe were incredible

They consistently go out of their way to make you feel you feel like you’re the only one that matters. From the time we checked in with Britni and Tara, to the bar tenders to the grounds keepers, we were always treated with a smile, grace and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this Hotel with 5 stars. To all the Staff: GREAT JOB!!! To the management: Keep it up, it show with the friendliness of YOUR staff!!!

The BEST of the BEST

5 of 5 starsThis is the best find in Santa Fe. I have stayed here several times before and each time it gets just a little bit better. The staff can't do enough to make you feel at home and your business is appreciated. The location is PERFECT you can park your car and never use it again. The rooms are very equipped and very comfortable and very quite. The Regional Front Desk Manager is FANTASTIC; she knows the area and can make any recommendation for food, entertainment, shopping etc. From a person who spends 80% traveling, this hotel always is always NUMBER ONE.

1st Class Service

4 of 5 starsEvery employee from the desk clerk to the restaurant wait staff to the maid service was friendly and showed genuine interest in giving us top notch service in order to make our stay memorable. The Keva Suite was clean and well maintained, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the scenic beauty surrounding the Lodge was spectacular. We will return as it is a true romantic getaway that offers peaceful accommodations with historic Santa Fe just minutes from the Lodge.

A super experience at The Lodge at Santa Fe

I stayed at The Lodge at Santa Fe from March 26, to April 2nd 2010. I found it to be a great place. The location 1.2 miles from The Plaza Downtown is set up on the side of a hill. The location provided a stunning view of the foothills/ mountains and of the wide open spaces. It was clean and attractive. It has a semi-rustic look of the Southwest, but still with modern style. It has a restaurant in the hotel. I found it convenient for a sit down breakfast.
Mike, the mgr. on duty at the front desk, afternoon and evenings, was so helpful and I found him to have a wonderful personal style, so that I had no hesitation to inquire about notable restaurant recommendations,,directions to wherever, in fact, anything to make my visit there a success. All the staff, in fact were GREAT! I totally recommend The Lodge at Santa Fe and will plan to stay there again; and I will recommend it to my friends.

Dear Staff & Management of The Lodge at Santa Fe, From the bottom of our hearts, we , the residents of the Colonias in Dona Ana County would like to extend our gratitude for all of your help during Colonias Day in Santa Fe. We were treated with the utmost dignity and respect by all the staff at the Lodge. Matt Shurtliff took over for Daniel and made this project his own. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay at The Lodge at Santa Fe would be enjoyable and most of all economical for all of us. He put trust in a small, but viable organization and made me fell like The Lodge was really honored that we chose your venue for our event and lodging. I never received a negative attitude or demeaning tone when speaking with Matt. Julie was very professional when having to take over if Matt was not available. I would like to also acknowledge another employee at The Lodge. Jill was everywhere! It gave me a sense of comfort to see her at the front desk, sales, and even tending bar. As luxurious as the hotel is, the atmosphere was very familial, which made us feel very much at home. We are excited about next year's event and can't wait to work with you again! Matt, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful experience at our lunch yesterday. Everything was set up and ready to go as planned. You and everyone there did a superb job of accommodating us. It was evident from the moment I walked into the ballroom and was greeted by Rick, that you all went above and beyond the call of duty. This is the fourth month we have held our lunch meeting at The Lodge, and it was the first time I ever met anyone as far as the GM, and Catering/Events personnel goes. It was such a pleasure to meet both Rick and Julie, and I look forward to meeting you in person. The food was excellent! I heard many comments on how good it was, so thank you to your chef and all who prepared it. Israel has always been very helpful and polite, and yesterday was no exception. Thank you all for your help in making yesterday such a success. I look forward to working with you in the future. Please let me know what the next step is, as far as contracts, BEO’s, etc. goes and we will get the ball rolling. If you feel that a meeting in person will help get us all on the same page, just let me know and I will see what I can do. Thank you again for a job well done!
