It’s wonderful to do business with a hotel where you are remembered and treated like a special customer! The rooms are elegant and very comfortable, and the location is ideal for our meetings at the legislature. But the best part of the stay at Hotel Plaza Real is working with a staff who works hard to meet your needs. As a nonprofit, we are very price-sensitive. But Matt Shurtliff is great in helping to make it possible for us to return. And we are always made to feel so welcome by all the staff members there.

The Hotel Plaza Real is one of my favorite and most successful Hotels for our group bookings in Santa Fe. The group rates and terms have always been the best value I have found in town, no matter how far out or in I am booking Matt always presents an incredible rate for my clients, best of all the amenities, size, and cleanliness of the rooms is as good as, if not better - then any of the 4 or 5 star hotels in town. The comments I have received from my clients about the quality of customer service during their stay has always been positive as well. I will continue to book my groups at The Plaza Real Hotel as it is simply the best value and location in Santa Fe, it's as though you are staying in a luxury Hotel without the high price tag.
