We enjoyed our stay at your facility. The room was clean and comfortable. The dinners we ate in the cafe were excellent and original. We really appreciated your accommodations for our luggage between the time we checked out and when we were able to check in at the airline. Your pool and Jacuzzi are very clean and the hours are great. It would be very helpful if you had a users map verses an emergency evacuation to show where various facilities ( ice machines, the pool) are located. This was our first trip to Albuquerque since we moved from the city in 1997. Thank you for being part of a very enjoyable trip.

Everyone was specially courteous and helpful to us. Farhad welcomed us warmly and David P. was a most helpful person during our mealtime. Chef Pete cooked our steak to perfection. Everyone contributed to a most enjoyable stay.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My family and I came to Albuquerque for my mom's funeral, not the best of circumstances. Everyone was gracious, cordial, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone--and will! The beds are wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and the decor helps us appreciate that we are in this beautiful part of the country. Most of all, the people have been extraordinary, the staff has been warm, friendly and obviously takes great pride. Keep up the good work and we hope you are here for many many successful years.

Dear Helga,
My family and I recently moved to Albuquerque from San Francisco, CA. I decided to bring part of my staff to NM for our annual meeting. We chose Nativo Lodge because Hotel Albuquerque was not available o the dates we initially selected. and I'm glad it worked out that we're at Nativo Lodge. First of all, we moved the date from mid-September to this week. The staff at the hotel was incredibly accommodating with our change request. Everyone has been incredible at the hotel. Most of the folks on my staff have continued to comment on how clean and comfortable the hotel is, the positive and pleasant attitude of the staff and the terrific food. the overall experience has been terrific. I want to let you know a few folks went the extra mile. Phillip Gallegos and Greg Garcia were extremely attentive to Vickie. She also asked that I mention the exemplary performance of Ester Armijo and Robin Duke. All of this attest is a very well run hotel, and excellent reflection on you Helga! Thank you for making my meeting a great success!

The assistance you gave us throughout all of the planning was outstanding ...right down to the centerpieces. Everyone attending the banquet said the food was excellent and was still talking about it the next day.
