Hi Susan, My wife and I recently spenta week at the Esplendor Resort and were very much impressed by the quality of service and friendly and courteousstaff. We found your employees to be helpful whenever we needed assistance and were very pleasantwith which to deal. I would like to mention oneparticular individual, Cecilia, the night desk clerk, who was extremely accommodating in making our stay at your hotel such a pleasant one. We enjoyedour time at Esplendor Resort so much so that we plan on returning next year and hope to stay a bit longer.

Hello Mr. Miller, I am writing you regarding our stay at Esplendor this past weekend. We arrived Friday evening at approximately 9:30 PM. To our surprise there was a wedding reception underway with a pretty loud band. We did not get to sleep until 3:00 AM after the reception ended. I am writing you to Thank Greg and the rest of your staff for making a difficult situation bearable. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our concerns. We did appreciate the concessions made by your staff and as a result look forward to visiting Esplendor again. I am sure you hear an ear full when things don't go well but I am a believer in making every effort to let business managers know when their employees do a good job and represent their business in a professional and courteous manner .Thanks again

What a great place, close to town, close to the border, close to restaurants . Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff are very helpful for all the local attractions and spots to visit. Excellent service at registration desk

When we had first arrived to check in the staff was very nice and down to earth. We stayed for new years to have a little get away and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. Even the little patios outside our room were private and relaxing. The pool area looked amazing (too bad it was too cold to go for a swim) The view of Rio Rico is even amazing. I will for sure be back. Enjoyed Stay at Esplendor

When my friends and I arrived early to check in we were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. Checking in was easy and quick, and the staff at the front desk had smiles on the whole time. When we arrived to our room one of our keys didn't work, so we returned to the front desk and they took care of it quickly. The room was clean when we first entered, and there were no problems at all. We spent the night outside on the comfortable chairs they had for New Year's and we had a really good time. Check out was just as easy as checking in, and the staff was still friendly the next day.
I would recommend staying to everyone looking for a place to stay in Rio Rico.

We were attending a state convention for our group. Received outstanding service by front desk personnel. Quick and efficient. Rooms were ready for our arrival. Checkout was simple, quick and efficient. Hotel staff were helpful, pleasant and very courteous.

I decided to stay at a new competitor, big mistake. Next night went to the Esplendor and will never stray again. I get reimbursed, so it is my choice where I stay in Nogales. Staff is the friendliest and will go the extra mile.

I attended a GFWC-AZ Convention recently at Esplendor, and enjoyed my 3-day stay very much. Each room has a balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The staff was incredible, considering there were approximately 90 ladies attending this convention. The meals were very good and prepared on time, even with last minute substitutions. The entire weekend was a huge success with everyone.

I can't adequately express my appreciation for all you did to make our meeting at the Esplendor and Rio Rico/Tubac so incredibly special! From walking in and being offered a hot towel for our hands, to checking out and being wished well - it was all wonderful.  The rooms were delightful; the food superb; the staff extremely professional - the upgrades on my room and the Presidential Suite, the wine and CD - you made us feel so important! The spouses raved about the Culinary School experience - unbelievable! Everyone had a riotous time at the Arizona Winery. Bottom line: I am already planning on bring out of town guests back to you. And, everyone in attendance was thinking of ways to return to each venue. Even today, I received a note of thanks from one of my executive committee members. I would recommend you and your property to anyone, anytime.
