“Rivals Disneys level of Service”
Every interface with every employee of this facility from your check in at the front desk to your encounters with the waite and housekeeping staff provides a warm receptive environment that I have only encountered in Disney resorts. I have stayed here four times and each time I am here I enjoy myself. The food is great and you cant say that about Disney. I dont work very many places where I say "Ive got to bring my family here." but Ive got to bring my family here. Good job Encanto !

“Thanks for saving us!”
Traveled to Las Cruces for a college softball tournament, excited to see our daughter and her team who were staying at the same hotel, when on checking in discovered that I had accidentally made our reservations for DECEMBER not FEBRUARY (I did it on line). Justin at the front desk was wonderful! He was sympathetic, solution oriented, and even helped us laugh at the situation. The hotel was almost to capacity, yet he found us a room, honored our pricing and started our weekend off wonderfully! The whole staff was friendly and professional, the hotel is beautiful and well appointed, the breakfast buffet was yummy. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

I worked on a low budget movie with a mostly local crew. Three of us were flown in. I thought I would be staying in another crew member's home. I was surprised, not only to be booked at a hotel, but at how nice it was!
The staff member I encountered most was Steven King (How can I forget that name?), the night guard. He could not have been any friendlier. He always stopped to talk to us, provided advice about the hotel and the area.
The room was large with two beds, a desk, and a good sized bathroom.
After shooting for twelve to fourteen hours, this was the perfect place to end the day.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and decided to splurge on a surprise night away with my husband for his birthday. I chose the Jacuzzi Suite and added the Romance Package (chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne waiting when we checked in) and it was so worth it. The room was decadent, and the jacuzzi was second to none. There was a separate room for the jacuzzi, styled like a Roman bath house. Very intimate, romantic and tasteful. My only disappointment was that there were not top-quality linens on the bed. I would have liked to have something above and beyond ordinary "hotel sheets" on the bed. We ordered room service for dinner, and had amazing service and great food. An overall wonderful experience!!!

Dear Susan, Thank you for taking such good care of us during our recent stay in Las Cruces. When Connie offered to help us find a room, we certainly didn't expect any favors. what a pleasant surprise to get such wonderful accommodations and such special treatment. The hotel has undergone a marvelous transformation since our last stay several years ago. The staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Your organization has handled our short-notice, high-expectation style with ease and grace, for which we are extremely appreciative. Hi James, Our entire eight person Aerojet team, which included two Vice Presidents and our Business Development Director very much enjoyed the proceedings of the ISPCS Symposium and the hospitality receptions last week where we were able to meet with local people and talk about our company and plans for a greater presence in New Mexico. We wish to thank you for helping us with the opportunity to learn more about Aerospace and related technologies existing and emerging in Southern New Mexico.
