Job FAQs:

A. After I send my resume how will I be contacted about scheduling an interview?
If there is an open position that is a good fit with your qualifications we will contact you for a phone or in-person interview. In addition, your resume is added to our database for our recruiters to access for future opportunities. Due to the volume of resumes we receive we are unable to accept phone calls.

B. How often are job postings on your Web site updated?
We update our postings weekly and we make every effort to remove a posting as soon as the position is filled. Most of our hotels are looking for qualified housekeepers, banquet/restaurant servers, skilled maintenance people and front desk agents.

C. What is the interview process like?
Once we determine a fit with an open position you will be contacted to meet first with a recruiter or department supervisor. After the initial meeting, we will let you know if there is a potential fit and set up interviews with other hiring managers related to the position. This might require several visits and we will do everything we can to make this a smooth process for you. References will be checked prior to an offer of employment being extended.

D. How should I dress for my interview?
Heritage Hotels and Resorts is a corporate environment where professional business attire is appreciated.

E. Does Heritage Hotels relocate employees?
We do offer relocation assistance for qualifying positions.

F. Do you have any internship programs?
We have intern positions available in Revenue Management, Human Resources and Sales.

G. Do you have any part-time jobs?
We have a number of part-time jobs at the hotels. Check the property web pages to learn more or you can apply in person at any one of the hotels.

H. How do I find out if there are any positions available at a specific property?
With the exception of manager level positions which go through the corporate office, all other hiring is done at each individual hotel. Putting the responsibility at the hotel level helps ensure we are hiring from the community. It also encourages a more personal interaction with management at each hotel. If you are interested in a part-time or full-time position at any of our hotels we encourage you to apply in person at the hotel of your choice.
