This hotel is more than 5 stars! It is a extremely warm/homey place. They think of so many little details that marks the difference in service! I loved it! They are very natural, very green, they definitely know how to leave a good mark with their brand "Heritage". It was an amazing conference. Thank you very much Hotel Albuquerque, you girls and guys are the best! THANK YOU!

We stayed at the Hotel Albuquerque for three nights and were very happy with the accommodation, the service and the location. The staff that we had contact with at the front desk and at the restaurant were both professional and very pleasant to deal with. In general the atmosphere/the personnel at the hotel was of a refreshing natural friendliness..........and at the same time very efficient and well organized. The hotel is obviously well run and we would definitely stay there again.

I lucked out and got into Hotel Albuquerque via hotwire, so got a great deal. My top concern was location. I wanted to be able to walk to the plaza and it is about as close as you can get -- a 5 minute walk.  The room was excellent -- clean, spacious enough, tastefully done and I loved having a balcony. Only trouble is, the AC units blow out onto the balconies, so it's loud out there. Even if yours is off, you can hear all your neighbors.' But what are you gonna do -- you can't have everything. The grounds and facilities were also very clean and beautiful, including the pool and hot tub, which was an unexpected, but welcome, luxury. Finally, the staff was great. Very cheerful, welcoming and accommodating, and they gave great advice on the area. Phyllis, especially, at the front desk was awesome. One other thing. I guess most people prefer the mountain view. But apparently they don't have balconies on that side. I wanted a balcony and I wanted a view of Old Town. Looking back, it may not have been as essential. As I said, the balcony was kind of loud (but still nice to have) and the view wasn't that great. You're looking out at a lot of empty lots. So if it's a view you want, you might want to choose the mountain side.

Dear Ms. Marcelli, I was the event planner this year for our annual Campaign Celebration held at your hotel on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008. My purpose is writing o you is to thank you and your outstanding staff for their professional skills, their human touch, their enthusiasm, and their standards of excellence......It is simply not possible to compliment them enough on their 'can do' attitudes. the ease with which we were able to pull off this out-of-box event was directly attibuable to your staff. The feedback from our 750 guests has been fantastic. I know our guests have a new and better expectation about what can be done creatively at a hotel facility.......Thank you for all that your staff added to this outstanding event.
